BILBIOGRAPHY | Philsuf Post Modernis

Jean-François Lyotard (1924-1998): A French philosopher, Lyotard is well-known for his work "The Postmodern Condition," in which he famously described postmodernism as the "incredulity toward metanarratives." He argued that grand, overarching narratives that attempt to explain history and society (such as religion or Marxism) have lost credibility in the postmodern era. Instead, he emphasized the importance of "language games" and smaller, localized narratives.
